A reusable mailer with biodegradable water-soluble adhesive that’s also easy to recycle
In the past, sending documents out for signatures with traditional single-use mailers create a lot of waste. Our reusable Dual-life Mailer can be used for two trips, cutting down material waste by 50%. The patent-pending design incorporates our Ecobondix water-activated/soluble, biodegradable polymer adhesive which forms a strong, tamper-proof seal. Users simply moisten and seal flap A when sending out, and seal flap B when returning the document. A quick zip-tear system is incorporated on the mailer, removing the need for tools to access the documents. After use, the mailer is plastic-free. The mailer is made from cardboard, while the water-soluble polymer adhesive can be washed off to simplify the paper recycling process.
