Our PVA is sourced from our parent company Sengong, a leader in world-class biodegradable water soluble PVA films relied on by some of the top brands in China and beyond.
Water Solubility
Sengong is of the few China-based manufacturers able to deliver water-soluble standards (temperature vs time) based on specific requirements.
Excellent solubility in cold water (ie. 2-5˚)
Excellent solubility in room temperature water (ie. 20-25˚ C)

Longevity
With a minimum shelf-life of 12 months, our durable PVA films feature one of the longest shelf-life standards in the industry.
Shelf Life 12 – 36 months
When stored properly, our PVA material will not become moldy, deteriorate or absorb moisture.
Mechanical Properties
Sengong’s PVA films feature good plasticity, with high tensile strength & strong tear-resistant properties. Pods made from our films are plump, reliable and leak-free.
Chemical Stability
Sengong’s water-soluble PVA film sheets are extremely resistant to a wide range of chemicals, and are not affected by weak acids, alkali-based chemicals (ie. detergents or soap-based products) or organic solvents and have very high resistance to oil or oil-based products.
Dimensions
Sengong’s PVA film sheets can be ordered with custom dimensions, and feature industry-leading tolerance levels and extremely low defect rates.
Dimensions: Width X Length can be customized. We have delivered rolls of up to 1,000 meters in length.
Thickness Minimum: 50Um – up to customized requirements, with +/- 0.5 micron accuracy.
Defect rate (industry-leading): 1/100,000 or less
Thermal Stability
PVA film material can be sensitive to environmental conditions. Our product features a wide operating range to suit different environmental needs.

Storage Temperature: 23°C–27°C
Storage Humidity: 40% – 50%
Shelf Life: 12 months (unopened & stored at a constant temperature between -5°C and 35°C.)
