100˚C water-dissolvable: recyclable, reusable, leased courier bags with over 50 life cycles

  • Over 50 life-cycles: when worn out, bag can be dissolved, and be recycled into a brand new one
  • End of life repurpose: agriculture. Upon reaching the recycle limit, the water-soluble PVA material is used as a soil stabilizer for agricultural use
  • Cuts up to 50% in operational costs, when compared to disposable plastic PE-based materials
  • Zero / Very low carbon footprint. The bag is leased to logistics operators to keep carbon emissions low.

Our soil stabilizer formulas are designed to prevent loose soil or sand from dusting or spreading. They’re useful to prevent landslides, severe dusting (construction areas or aircraft landing zones) or erosion. The formula is sprayed over large areas with a water truck or any other hydraulic applicator format.

  • Our water-soluble agricultural films replace the plastic sheets farmers use to help the soil hold moisture, prevent weeds and help germination. The PVA agricultural films can help keep the ground temperature consistent to help saplings flourish. The films are engineered to dissolve harmlessly into the soil weeks after application. Unlike regular plastic, the dissolved PVA helps soil retain moisture, so in arid conditions, the dissolvable film can enhance soil quality.

Customized water-soluble seedling films can hold seeds in strips, which can be placed directly into the soil. The films help to hold moisture and help the seeds germinate, and as the seeds grow out, the film dissolves harmlessly into the soul. The strips can be packed with fertilizer to promote growth. This is easier and more cost effective than deploying a machine to insert seeds into the field.
